Return Policy

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if there is a manufacturing defect, damage during shipping, or if you received a different product than ordered.

Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is in its original condition and complete original packaging.

  • Product is in its original condition.
  • Unused.
  • Inside the complete original packaging.
  • Not damaged or opened in a way that affects product safety.

Beauty & Personal Care Products

For quality and safety reasons, beauty and personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged after being opened or used, unless there is a clear product defect.

Shipping Fees

If the return or exchange is requested for reasons not related to a product defect, the customer is responsible for shipping fees. Shipping fees may vary depending on the country and shipping provider.

Refund Timeline

In Egypt, refunds are processed within 3 to 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. In the UAE, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days depending on the payment method and issuing bank.

Non-Eligible Cases

Some return or exchange requests cannot be accepted in order to maintain product safety and quality standards.

  • Used products.
  • Packaging damaged due to misuse.
  • Requests submitted after the allowed return or exchange window.
  • Discounted products or special offers, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or clearly defective product, Lanell will cover the full shipping and exchange cost after the case is reviewed.
